About

I am Aisling, a Mum to two and a qualified yoga teacher.

Having lived with scoliosis since childhood, I intimately understand the experience of physical struggle. My own journey as a yoga student and teacher, is deeply rooted in this personal experience and I know first hand what it feels like to be challenged by your own body.

My classes provide a strong foundation in yoga principles, empowering you with the tools to practice confidently and independently, wherever life may lead. I believe the world needs inclusive yoga spaces where everyone, regardless of their background or physical abilities, feels welcome, confident, and empowered to practice.

Stepping onto my mat is a constant reminder that I am perfectly imperfect, uniquely me, and that is enough. I turn to yoga for grounding in challenging times, to find calm, to breathe fully, to make conscious choices, and to nurture a healthy, strong, and mobile body. For me it's a practice of releasing judgment and self-criticism, and embracing self-acceptance.

My intention as a teacher is to cultivate a haven, a safe and nurturing space where you can surrender, release what no longer serves you, and reconnect with your authentic self. A space where you can gently challenge your limitations and preconceived notions, and realise the incredible potential that lies within you. You might just surprise yourself in the most wonderful ways by discovering what you are truly capable of!

If you believe you're not flexible, strong, or 'good enough' for yoga, please know this: those feelings are completely valid, but they don't define your yoga journey. Your mat is a place for you, exactly as you are."

Yoga meets you exactly where you are, in the body you have today. This is your practice, a personal journey of self-connection, love, and compassion for yourself. It's a practice for life, both on and off the mat. If I can find solace and strength through yoga, I truly believe you can too, in your own way, for your own body and on your own terms.

(Your yoga, your way, your body)

I know firsthand what it's like to feel challenged by your own body. There is profound liberation in accepting yourself fully, embracing where you are on your unique life's journey. Work with what you have, let go of comparisons, and simply show up for yourself. I believe the yoga space is an opportunity to rediscover yourself, to truly come home to your inner being.

Yoga isn't about how it looks,it's about focusing on how it feels!

Focus on how yoga feels not how it looks.

A space where you can find comfort, gently challenge your limitations and preconceived notions, and realize the incredible potential that lies within you, beyond the stories you tell yourself. You might just surprise yourself in the most wonderful ways by discovering what you are truly capable of.

(This is a sanctuary where you can find respite, recalibrate your mind and body, and return to your center. I am passionate about facilitating your journey of self-transformation through the practice of yoga)

Yoga has been the path through which I found peace with my body and myself, cultivating inner strength and resilience in unexpected ways.( Come exactly as you are, leaving expectations and judgments at the door.) I also see yoga as a powerful and positive influence in the lives of my own children. For me, yoga offers a way to quiet the overthinking mind, creating space to navigate life's challenges with greater clarity. Investing time in slowing down through yoga not only supports my physical well-being but is also essential for my day-to-day mental wellness

( Restorative yoga is a vital practice for me, offering a chance to deeply reset my nervous system before the demands of a new week, a dedicated time for self-care before diving back in)

As a yoga teacher, my purpose is to cultivate a community where self-care, self-compassion, and self-love are not just values, but lived experiences. Yoga brought me back to my body and helped me find comfort in my own skin, and I teach to guide others on a similar journey of self-discovery. I create a nurturing and supportive space where you can reconnect with yourself, prioritize your well-being, and recognize your inherent worthiness of this dedicated time.
